Walk down the aisle under the twinkling lights of the Old Dairy Barn, our on-site ceremony room. The barn is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and can seat up to 120 guests, plus wedding couple and registrar.

The moment you stand before family and friends to share your vows and pledge your love to each other is unforgettable. So, your surroundings should be exceptional too. The Old Dairy Barn has been beautifully restored, retaining many of the original features and charm from the original 18th Century milking parlour.

The Old Dairy Barn has a long and distinguished history, dating from the 1700’s. Originally built as a milking parlour, the building is no longer big enough to accommodate modern cows and was used for hay storage in recent years – well, as recent as 80 years ago.

For couples who want a relaxed, casual air to their wedding day, there can be no better place. As you walk out into married life, the aesthetic wood clad entrance is an attractive backdrop for your first photo.

Exposed beams and neutral walls complement the red brickwork and flagstones for a rustic feel that’s both charming and refined. There’s no need to add more than the lightest touch in flowers and decoration – unless you want to, of course.
