About The Venue
A lovingly restored luxury barn venue for idyllic rustic weddings.
We are delighted to welcome you to Coton House Farm – a beautiful venue steeped in history which has everything you need to create your perfect wedding day.
From the moment you arrive at Coton House, our dedicated wedding coordinator will be on hand to help you plan every aspect of your dream wedding. Our exclusive-use-venue means that you and your guests will have full use of our facilities until midnight (and longer if you choose to stay overnight). With no close neighbours and only lush green fields and meadows in sight, you are truly in a private world of your own.
With more than 20 years worth of experience in delivering weddings and events, our knowledgeable team has the expertise to ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish. As a family-owned business, we are proud to deliver a high-quality, professional service, without the rigidity and formulaic approach of a corporate venue. With many longstanding members of the team, Coton House Farm has a friendly, family atmosphere and delivers a truly personal level of customer service.
We can recommend every supplier you need, from live bands, DJs and other entertainment, to florists, cake makers and car hire, or we can happily accommodate your own choices. All you need to do is relax and enjoy a magical day, completely coordinated to your timetable.
Sustainability
We’re very proud of our commitment to sustainability at Coton House Farm. We actively review our suppliers and take the greener route in every aspect of our business. Here’s just some of the things we do differently.
- We aim to offer a farm-to-fork strategy, sourcing local produce for our food wherever we can. That includes our vegetables, meat, bread and even our crisps, all of which come from Staffordshire farmers.
- Even our beer and ale are local, made by Molson Coors in nearby Burton on Trent. When we must go further afield for brands such as Guinness or well-known spirits, we aim to keep our carbon footprint lower by purchasing in bulk and combining orders to reduce the number of deliveries and keeping our carbon footprint in miles lower.
- Our venue is run on 100% renewable electricity and gas.
- The wood used in our buildings is all FSC certified, which means it’s harvested from forests that are responsibly managed and environmentally conscious. And our buildings are fully insulated to retain heat.
When you visit Coton House Farm, surrounded by such glorious Staffordshire countryside, you can see why we want to care for it. Our green credentials are important – and we’re always looking at new ways to make a difference.
