Meet The Wedding Coordinator's
Our family values are the glue of Coton House Farm. Our coordinators are the glitter that makes us shine that little bit brighter.
Abbie, Chloe & Lydia, are not only on hand to act as a point of call and comfort when planning your wedding, but to integrate into your entire experience, as a stagehand behind the scenes, sorting any issues before they arise, and allowing you to enjoy the magic.
When you book a wedding with us you are assigned a personal wedding coordinator who will be with you from the beginning to ensure the entire process is clear and up to date. Your coordinator will help organise, arrange, answer questions, and will keep all of your notes throughout so that nothing is missed or outdated.

Senior Wedding Coordinator
My favourite thing about being a wedding coordinator is…
From the moment the guests arrive and the day begins to unfold, I get to witness the love, laughter, and tears that make this special day so unforgettable. I absolutely love knowing that I have played a part in making the couple’s dream day become a reality.
Coton is special because…
The feeling that I got when I first started working here, is the same feeling I get every single time I come to work. That warm family feel, that is not only highlighted by staff but also by couples, guests and suppliers that come to Coton House Farm. I feel very lucky to be able to call this my place of work and feel so happy to come here everyday.
My something blue would be…
A piece of blue jewellery that belonged to my Nan. She loved the colour blue. I would love to wear it in memory of her on my big day.
Lydia
Wedding Coordinator
My favourite thing about being a wedding coordinator is…
There is something so special about people coming together at weddings to celebrate the love between two people. The speeches are one of my favourite times of the day, listening to stories of the newlyweds and their hopes for the future.
Coton is special because…
Our venue is absolutely stunning. One of the many things that makes Coton House Farm special is how environmentally friendly our venue is. From running on 100% renewable energy, to our farm to fork initiative sourcing local produce where we can, Coton House Farm is committed to being a sustainable venue. I feel so lucky to be able to work somewhere that has such a commitment to the environment and looking after its beautiful surroundings.
My something blue would be…
My birthstone is a Sapphire so this would be my something blue! I would have it in my jewellery or incorporate it into my bouquet.
Chloe
Wedding Coordinator
My favourite thing about being a wedding coordinator is…
Seeing the smiles on the Bride and Groom’s faces as well as the wedding party. There is no feeling like it, knowing I have played a small part of their day but the memories that were made will last a lifetime.
Coton is special because…
At Coton, you get that warm homely feel as soon as you step onto the site. Coton House Farm is a wonderfully breathtaking venue, and I am proud to work for somewhere that plays such a big part in supporting the environment.
My something blue would be…
My favourite weddings are the ones that take a less traditional approach. Coloured dresses, cowboy boots, I love when brides add a personal touch to their outfit which means something bespoke to them, or that might be sentimental to their family or love story.
Meet The Founders
Husband and wife team Darren and Helen first launched their wedding business back in 2015 with aspirations of providing a unique and rustic venue, with a personal approach.
As a working farm, Coton House Farm is a real family business with a far-reaching history that is evident from the moment you set foot on the site. Both Darren and Helen are the perfect hosts, welcoming couples and their families to share their farm with them and create memories that will last a lifetime.
The majority of staff who work at Coton House Farm have been there a long time and are treated as family, with everyone taking pride in helping to make the main event very special.
“We aim for the highest of standards, providing excellence, integrity, service, quality, honesty and value, charm and cheekiness. We hold these as our core values.”
The wedding venue prides itself on offering a simple pricing structure to allow couples to maintain control over the all-important budget, and offers venue hire, with food and beverage packages combined, to keep everything nice and simple.
“We know that weddings are expensive and things begin to add up very quickly when planning your day. Sometimes keeping to your budget, and still see your dreams come to life can be tricky, so we want to ensure that our couples know their costs upfront, as soon as they have chosen their wedding package.”
All couples-to-be are walked through the venue and planning process and the team discuss exactly how they would like the day to flow, so that as much of the pressure can be alleviated as possible, leaving the happy couple to concentrate on enjoying their day and making memories.
“So many wedding venues lose that personal touch when they become blueprints for each other. We saw an opportunity to offer something different at Coton House Farm – a far more individual experience, where our couples can bring their own personalities into the details. No two weddings are ever the same here, and that’s what we wanted to create.”
Darren Martin
“We love getting to know the couples we work with, understanding their personalities and helping to bring their ideas to life. We feel very honoured to be part of their wedding day”.
Helen Martin
