Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times for Suppliers
Suppliers may arrive from 9:00AM to begin setting up on the day of the wedding. All items must be collected and any de-dressing must be completed by 1:00AM.
Alternatively, items can be retrieved between 8:00AM and 9:00AM the following morning.
Please note: no food items may be left in the stores.

What You Need to Know
We are delighted that you wish to collaborate with us and support our couples on their special day. Before proceeding, please review the following criteria that must be met for our Trusted Suppliers:
Trusted Supplier Checklist:
- Must have worked at the venue and be endorsed by a wedding coordinator.
- Must have public liability insurance of at least £2,000,000 and provide certification upon request.
- Must comply with all health and safety requirements.
- Equipment must be PAT certified, with certificates available if required.
- Must supervise inflatable games and provide power via stand-alone generators (if applicable).
- Must offer trustworthy service and good value for couples.
- Must be respectful and follow staff directions.
- Must engage in social media collaborations with us.
- Must sign the wedding planning book with details and support couples as needed.
