We take every care to cater for food allergies and dietary requirements, so that every guest feels full and satisfied.

At Coton House Farm we take food allergens and dietary requirements very seriously. We ask all couples to ensure guests make them aware of restrictions ahead of time, and to check with the caterer on the day. 

Where we provide food directly as part of a package, the ingredients are listed below.

Jenkinsons - Allergy Information

Jenkinsons takes allergens seriously in every aspect of their service to ensure they deliver the best possible experience. Their menus contain allergy information throughout in unison with the different dishes available specifying any allergens that are intentionally added to dishes.

While their kitchens handle numerous ingredients and allergens, they make every effort to source allergen-free ingredients and follow strict procedures to prevent cross-contamination. However, Jenkinsons cannot guarantee that any of their dishes are entirely “free from” specific allergens.

They can confirm that certain dishes do not contain specific allergens as ingredients, but this does not mean traces of an allergen aren’t present. For this reason, many dishes are labelled as “May Contain.”

Jenkinsons works closely with suppliers to ensure allergen information is as accurate as possible, but this information may change at any time. Therefore, they strongly recommend that any guest with allergen concerns double-check with their team on the day to confirm that the selected dish meets dietary requirements.

They respectfully request that you share this information with all of your guests, asking them to provide specific details about their concerns and requirements regarding allergens. This information should be forwarded to Jenkinsons well in advance, so they can be fully prepared to accommodate everyone on the day.

Make sure to discuss all dietary requirements with your coordinator. Jenkinsons will ensure there is an appropriate menu available to meet all dietary needs.

Dove Delights - Allergy Information

Dove Delights cater to all dietary requirements, adjusting their approach based on the specific event and guest needs.

For larger events, depending on the number of guests and the menu chosen, Dove Delights might include an individual grazing board if their couple has selected the sharing platters or boards option.

When couples opt for the Grazing Table and there are a number of guests with dietary needs—such as ten vegetarians, for example—Dove Delights sets aside a designated section of the table specifically for those guests, clearly marked. For smaller groups with specific dietary requirements, like gluten-free guests, they provide a ‘starter plate’ that includes bread, crackers, and pastry items. This plate is placed at the guest’s table setting, along with a personalised card inviting them to help themselves to other items from the main table.

If the couple chooses Dove Delights’ Luxe Afternoon Tea Experience, any guests with specific dietary requirements are catered to individually.

For evening food, Dove Delights sources alternative options as needed. However, it’s worth noting that some items may not be handmade, particularly with selections like the Pie & Mushy Peas and Pizza options.

All of these accommodations are based on receiving accurate dietary requirements and guest numbers from you (the couple) in advance.

As for allergies, Dove Delights takes all reasonable precautions to avoid cross-contamination. However, their products are prepared in a kitchen where all allergens are present.

Finally, some products may be subject to availability, and alternative options will be provided where necessary.
