Our magnificent Oak Barn is a stylish combination of elegance and contemporary styling that suits every special occasion. Celebrate a 60th birthday on the glorious Oak Terrace, enjoy the use of the Pig Sty bar for your private party, and step out onto the Terrace to dance in the moonlight.

We have a complete list of suppliers, on-site catering and a dedicated event planner on hand to help you create a magical evening.

What you need to know:

We like to make every aspect of your event flow smoothly from the start, with clear and open communication. Please read on to understand your private hire options. 

• Private hire of Coton House offers you use of our stunning Oak Barn, The Pig Sty and Oak Terrace, from 6pm onwards.
• Create your personalised event by adding your preferred catering and drinks packages.
• Earlier access before 6pm or use of our additional facilities is not possible for evening hire. /  will be charged as a full-day hire.
• Bookings for Private Hire are taken up to 6 months in advance. If you need to reserve a future date over 6 months, availability will be limited to weekdays only.
• Our venue is not suitable for 16th, 18th, 21st birthday parties or prom nights.
• Our private hire option is for parties and other events. If your event is a wedding reception, please ask about our wedding hire options. Please don’t book your event as a private party if it is a wedding reception, as additional fees will be applied.
